3. Description of the Service
The Service provides automated website analysis, content heuristics, technical diagnostics, and policy-risk detection designed to help users identify potential issues that may affect advertising program readiness. Results are generated algorithmically and are provided for informational purposes only.

- The audit results are automated estimates and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or false positives.
- The Service does not provide legal, financial, or business advice.
- You are solely responsible for your website, content, and compliance with third-party policies.
- Any refund rights are limited strictly to the specific refund policy described in Section 15 below and do not create a general guarantee of approval.
5. User Accounts

7. Scanning & Data Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to scan any domain submitted.
- You must comply with the target website’s robots.txt, terms, and applicable laws.
- We are not responsible for how you use scan results.
8. Rate Limits & Fair Use
The Service may enforce scan limits, usage quotas, and performance restrictions. Abuse or attempts to circumvent these limits may result in suspension or termination.
9. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, design, content, and functionality of the Service are the exclusive property of AdSense Audit and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Merchantability
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or reliability of results
The only express exception to the foregoing is the limited refund policy, if applicable, set out in Section 15 below.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdSense Audit and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
- Loss of revenue, profits, business, data, goodwill, or opportunities
- AdSense rejection or account actions by third parties
- Decisions made based on audit results
- Unauthorized access to your account
- Service downtime or data loss
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the preceding 12 months, or USD $50 if no payment was made, except where a refund is expressly due under Section 15.
15. Refund Policy / 100% Money-Back Guarantee
We make a bold claim because we believe in the system:
100% Money-Back Guarantee.
We audit your site, you fix every issue in your report, and if Google still rejects your AdSense application, you may qualify for a full refund.
This guarantee is not automatic. To qualify, you must satisfy all of the following requirements:
- You must have purchased at least one Pass for the domain in question.
- You must have completed an audit of the same domain using the Service.
- You must have fixed every issue identified in your audit report before applying to AdSense.
- Before submitting your AdSense application, you must run a new audit on the same domain showing:
- a 100/100 score, and
- the Policy Agent result showing no policy violation.
- You must submit evidence reasonably requested by us to verify eligibility, including but not limited to:
- the original audit report,
- the follow-up audit report showing 100/100 and no policy violation,
- proof that the issues in the original report were fixed, and
- proof of the AdSense rejection for the same domain after those fixes were completed.
- The refund request must be submitted by the account holder who purchased the Pass.
- The refund request must relate only to the exact domain that was audited and later submitted to AdSense.
- The AdSense application must have been submitted only after the final qualifying audit was completed.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests where:
- the required evidence is not provided,
- the site was materially changed after the final qualifying audit and before AdSense submission,
- the rejection appears related to factors outside the scope of the Service, including account-level, payment, identity, regional, or publisher-history issues,
- the user did not fully fix the issues identified in the original report,
- the final pre-submission audit did not show both a 100/100 score and no policy violation, or
- we reasonably determine the guarantee is being abused or invoked fraudulently.
Where approved, the refund will be limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the relevant qualifying Pass purchase(s). No additional compensation, damages, or consequential losses will be payable.

- Your website content or activities
- Your submission of domains you do not have permission to audit
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
